Being active helps us in many ways, including having a healthy mind, improved thinking and learning, better sleep, boosting our immune system, building stronger bones and muscles, improving flexibility, endurance and speed, and reducing the risk of health conditions. Please share pictures or videos of your active or healthy learning adventures!
